Supporting Reliable Amateur Radio Communications

The Pueblo Amateur Radio Club (PARC) Repeater Committee is responsible for the operation, maintenance, planning, and long-term reliability of the club's repeater systems. Our goal is to provide dependable communications for everyday amateur radio use, public service, emergency communications, and club activities.

Whether you're a club member or simply enjoy using our repeaters, we welcome your feedback and appreciate your support.

Submit a Repeater Issue

If you're experiencing problems with one of our repeaters, please include:

• Date and time of the issue

• Repeater frequency

• Your callsign

• Your approximate location

• Description of the problem

• Equipment being used (optional)

Examples include:

• Poor audio quality

• Interference

• Coverage issues

• Hardware problems

• Linking issues

• Other operational concerns

Request a New Net

PARC welcomes proposals for regularly scheduled nets that support amateur radio education, technical discussion, emergency preparedness, and community service.

Before a recurring net is established on a PARC repeater, it must be reviewed by the Repeater Committee and approved by the PARC Board of Directors in accordance with club policy.

• Preferred repeater

• Preferred day and time

Request a Repeater Link

Organizations or individuals wishing to connect an external system to a PARC repeater must submit a linking proposal for technical review.

Before linking any external systems to a PARC repeater, approval must be granted by the Board of Directors of the Pueblo Amateur Radio Club.

The process begins with submitting a proposal to the Repeater Chair (repeaterchair@w0phc.org)  for initial evaluation. The repeater committee will assess the technical issues of a linked system, including estimated usage of the repeater and processes for disconnecting the links in case of either unwanted interference or local emergency.

The repeater committee will work with the organizer to address any concerns and then pass the proposal along with the repeater committee recommendation to the PARC Board for review.

The Board will review the request for conflicts with existing nets and agreement with the goals of the Pueblo Amateur Radio Club. The request will be either approved, returned with recommended changes, or denied with an explanation.
